{{Short description|Fijian boats}} {{Unreliable sources|date=March 2024}} '''Takia''' are a traditional watercraft of Fiji. They are a type of outrigger canoe that is smaller than a camakau, which in turn is smaller than a drua. A takia hull is a dugout made from any suitable wood. They rarely have sails, and do not feature a centreboard. An oar is used as a rudder.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.angelfire.com/falcon/boolah/village/camakau.htm|title=The PCC Fiji Village: Mighty Fijian Canoes|access-date=7 January 2015}}</ref><ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.facebook.com/takiaoutrigger|title=Takia Outrigger Canoe Club Fiji|website=Facebook |access-date=7 January 2015}}</ref><ref name="ep">{{cite web|url=http://www.justpacific.com/fiji/fijiphotos/books/cyclopedia/ethnographic/|title=Ethnographic photographs from the Cyclopedia of Fiji|author=Percy S.Allen|year=1907|access-date=7 January 2015}}</ref>
