==Cricket career== In June 1888, Hemingway made his first appearance for Uppingham School before going up to King's College, Cambridge.<ref>{{acad |id=HMNY892WM |name=Hemingway, William McGregor}}</ref> He made his first-class debut for Gloucestershire in a County Championship match against Nottinghamshire in June, 1893. His highest score of 104 was scored in a match against Cambridge University in May 1895. He died in 1967 at Paignton, Devon.
