== Ultima RSE Prototype == In 2023, Ultima built an RS with the electric motor from a Tesla, to develop a possible electric variant of the RS. The car was quick in comparison to the other variants of the RS. Ultima concluded that it would not enter production with an EV, especially with the news of internal combustion engine rules being gradually relaxed in multiple countries for low-volume car producers, and as such, it was sold to a private collector. The RSE was fitted with numerous carbon-fiber body panels, which lead it to weigh {{Convert|988|kg|lb|1|abbr=on}}, only {{Convert|58|kg|lb|1|abbr=on}} more than the standard car. When tested by Ultima, the RSE achieved 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in 2.1 seconds, 0-100 mph (161 km/h) in 4.6 seconds, and 100-0 mph in 3.1 seconds. It has a claimed range of {{Convert|85|mi|km|1|abbr=on|order=flip}}. The car would be offered for sale in April of 2025 on Collecting Cars.<ref name=":1">{{Cite web |title=2024 Ultima RSE for sale by auction in Thatcham, Berks, United Kingdom |url=https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2024-ultima-rs?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=SF_CC_Daily_New_Collecting_IP_v1_11/April/2025&utm_term=Marketing&utm_id=879015&sfmc_id=147877894 |access-date=2025-04-13 |website=collectingcars.com |language=en}}</ref><ref name=":2">{{Cite web |title=Ultima RSE specs, performance data |url=https://fastestlaps.com/models/ultima-rse |access-date=2025-04-13 |website=FastestLaps.com |language=en-US}}</ref>
