Trilling Peaks was mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37, and named Trillingnutane (the triplet peaks). Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37. Named by ANCA for H. Price, senior diesel mechanic at Mawson Station in 1959.{{sfn|Alberts|1995|p=589}} Price Nunatak has an elevation of about {{convert|1170|m}}. It has two peaks, with a deep wind scour between them.
