SR 314 begins in [[Parksville, Tennessee|Parksville]] at an intersection with [[U.S. Route 64 in Tennessee|US 64]]/[[U.S. Route 74 in Tennessee|US 74]] ([[Ocoee Scenic Byway]]/[[Tennessee State Route 40|SR 40]]) just north of [[Ocoee Dam No. 1]] (Parksville Dam). It goes north through farmland along the western edge of the [[Cherokee National Forest]] before curving to the west and entering [[Benton, Tennessee|Benton]]. SR 314 then comes to an end at an intersection with [[U.S. Route 411 in Tennessee|US 411]] ([[Tennessee State Route 33|SR 33]]).
