== Livery == The aircraft used by Swissair Asia had the Chinese character "{{linktext|瑞|lang=zh}}" ({{lang|zh-Latn-pinyin|ruì}}), the Chinese character for "propitious" or "lucky" and first character in the phonetic (in southern Chinese languages) translation of Switzerland, "{{linktext|瑞士|lang=zh}}" (Jyutping: {{lang|yue-jyutping|seoi6 si6}}; Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: {{Transliteration|hak|Sui-sṳ}}; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: {{lang|nan-Latn-pehoeji|Sūi-sū}}; Pinyin: {{lang|zh-Latn-pinyin|Ruìshì}}), on the tail fin instead of the Swiss cross.
