Sunuka is an administrative ward in Uvinza District of Kigoma Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 799 km2 (308 sq mi),[1] and has an average elevation of 930 m (3,050 ft).[2] In 2016 the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report there were 39,651 people in the ward, from 36,023 in 2012.[3][4]: 127[5]: 151
