The "Ogasawara Sea Tank" is a tank {{Convert|6|m|ft}} deep designed to represent the ocean around the Ogasawara Islands, a World Natural Heritage site. The penguin pool in the atrium is {{Convert|24|m|ft}} wide and {{Convert|14|m|ft}} deep, making it one of the largest indoor penguins pools in Japan. It is home to around 50 Magellanic penguins.<ref name=":2"/>

The Edorium is a goldfish exhibition zone, designed with an Edo theme.
