The '''Stubb Cabinet''' was the 73rd Government of Finland, which stepped into office on 24 June 2014. It succeeded Jyrki Katainen's cabinet. The cabinet's prime minister was Alexander Stubb.

In September 2014, the Green League announced its departure from the cabinet after the majority of the cabinet voted to approve a new decision-in-principle for the Fennovoima nuclear project.<ref>{{cite web| url = http://yle.fi/uutiset/green_party_votes_unanimously_to_leave_government/7482977| url-status = dead| archive-url = https://web.archive.org/web/20140923075212/http://yle.fi/uutiset/green_party_votes_unanimously_to_leave_government/7482977| archive-date = 2014-09-23| title = Green Party votes unanimously to leave government {{!}} Yle Uutiset {{!}} yle.fi}} </ref>

The portfolios held by Green League were divided between the leading National Coalition Party and the Social Democratic Party. Sirpa Paatero was chosen as the Minister for International Development and Sanni Grahn-Laasonen as Minister of the Environment.<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.hs.fi/politiikka/art-2000002764231.html?share=1674267a6ed6065920c528d17d844d23|title=Sdp valitsi Sirpa Paateron kehitysministeriksi – kotiseutu painoi valinnassa|date=Sep 25, 2014|website=Helsingin Sanomat|accessdate=Jun 4, 2019}}</ref>

After the Greens ceased their support for Stubb's government and left it, Stubb cabinet's strength was reduced to 101 out of 200 in the Eduskunta, which is a bare majority.

The Stubb Cabinet was succeeded by the Sipilä Cabinet headed by Centre Party leader Juha Sipilä on 29 May 2015.<ref>{{cite web |url= http://yle.fi/uutiset/president_appoints_new_cabinet/8027680 |title= President appoints new cabinet |date=29 May 2015 |website=yle.fi |publisher=Yle |access-date=29 May 2015}}</ref>

==Environmental policy == {{See also|Peat energy in Finland}} The Stubb Cabinet's environmental minister Sanni Grahn-Laasonen (kok.) cancelled the environmental program intended to protect the wetlands, instead favouring an approach based on voluntary protection.
