From 1999 to 2006 he was director at the public utility Aqualectra. Martina then became president and CEO at insurance company Fatum.<ref name=kkc/>
Martina served as Minister of Economic Development and vice Prime Minister in the cabinet of Daniel Hodge between 31 December 2012 and 7 June 2013. Martina was supported for the position of Minister by the Partido pa Adelanto I Inovashon Soshal. He was succeeded by Stanley Palm. The case related to Martina's former position as CEO of an insurance company and shares in that company and the passing of a law regarding motor vehicle insurance. On 22 October 2019 a court rejected the claim of Kòrsou di Nos Tur.
