'''''Small Achievements''''' is the second studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Ruby Fields. The album was announced in March 2026, alongside single "Muscle". The album was released on 24 April 2026.<ref name="Small Achievements">{{Cite web|url=https://www.noise11.com/news/ruby-fields-small-achievements-album-tour-2026-20260304# |title=Ruby Fields Announces Small Achievements Album And National Tour|website=noise11|date=4 March 2026|access-date=5 March 2026}}</ref>
In explaining the title, Fields told ''The Music'' she was inspired by one of the locals at a pub. Fields said "He got a trophy for playing golf and everyone treated it like it was the biggest celebration in the world, and for him it was. And that’s all that matters."<ref>{{cite web|url=https://themusic.com.au/features/ruby-fields-is-celebrating-the-small-achievements/ySF33dzf3sE/23-04-26|title='I'm Trying yo Be s Bit Easier On Myself': Ruby Fields Is Celebrating The 'Small Achievements' |website=The Music (magazine)|date=23 April 2026|access-date=24 April 2026}}</ref> She added, "To me, that small gesture represents a place that celebrates everyone's achievements, it doesn’t really matter how big or small they are, just how much they mean to you. So, I want this album to be a reminder to celebrate shit, because we tend to focus on the next big thing without reflecting on how much we've already achieved."<ref name="TheNoteRelease"/>
The album will be supported with an Australian tour in April and May 2026.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.theaureview.com/music/ruby-fields-small-achievements-tour/|title= Ruby Fields Small Achievements tour kicks off next week|website=The AU Review|date=April 2026|access-date=24 April 2026}}</ref>
