==Biography== Gal was born in Tirat Carmel. He hosted an economics program ('Economic Night') on Channel 10 until he resigned due to allegations of sexual harassment in 2010. ===Political career=== In January 2015, Gal was placed fifth on the Yisrael Beiteinu list for the 2015 Knesset elections, <ref>[http://www.timesofisrael.com/journalist-sharon-gal-to-run-for-knesset-with-yisrael-beytenu/ Journalist Sharon Gal to run for Knesset with Yisrael Beytenu] Times of Israel, 5 January 2015</ref> and was elected to the Knesset as the party won six seats.
