'''Highway 123''' is a provincial highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 55, {{convert|600|m}} east of its intersection with Highway 23, to Cumberland House on Cumberland Island. It is about {{convert|137|km}} long.<ref name="length"/>
Highway 123 runs along the south-eastern shore of Tobin Lake and follows the Saskatchewan River downstream from the E.B. Campbell Dam to Cumberland Island. It provides access to the communities of Petaigan, Ravendale, Pemmican Portage, and Cumberland House.
