In September 2018, Pallett appeared on the third series of ''Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls'', which was filmed in May. After waking in the night in a panic, Roxanne told her campmates: "Smoke that nearly killed my family in a house fire when I was 16, the smoke, the smell is taking me back to that time." Another misfortune on the Island which Pallett endured was getting her leg caught in a fishing net and having to be cut free by other camp mates.<ref>{{cite web |title=Pallett leaves Celebrity Island in panic |date=10 September 2018 |url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-45472209 |department=Culture |website=BBC News |publisher=BBC |access-date=25 October 2018 }}</ref>
