==Coaching and administration== Done worked as a senior coach at the Australian Cricket Academy for nine years, including as fast bowling coach where he worked with Glenn McGrath, Brett Lee, Michael Kasprowicz and Jason Gillespie. In 2000 he joined the Queensland Academy of Sport as head cricket coach.
