Rehli is part of [[Damoh (Lok Sabha constituency)|Damoh Lok Sabha constituency]] along with seven other Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, [[Deori Assembly constituency|Deori]] and [[Banda, Madhya Pradesh Assembly constituency|Banda]] in [[Sagar district]], [[Malhara Assembly constituency|Malhara]] in [[Chhatarpur district]] and [[Pathariya Assembly constituency|Pathariya]], [[Damoh Assembly constituency|Damoh]], [[Jabera Assembly constituency|Jabera]] and [[Hatta Assembly constituency|Hatta]] in [[Damoh district]].
