In 2021 and 2022, Lock played Rosalie Mullins in the UK and Ireland tour School of Rock.

In 2023 she starred opposite Jayde Adams as recurring character Helen Windows in ITVs comedy ‘Ruby Speaking’

In November 2024, Lock played Caz in the world premiere of ''Here & Now,'' a jukebox musical based on the songs of Steps at The Alexandra, Birmingham, before touring the UK and Ireland from August to November 2025.

She has just starred as Katherine in the European premiere of Tom Kitts ‘Freaky Friday’ the musical at the Home theatre at t Christmas in Manchester.Directed by Andy Fickman.

She is about to open as ‘Mother’in Jordan Luke Gages new musical Redcliffe at the Southwark Playhouse May 2026.
