'''Ram Kapse''' (1 December 1933 – 29 September 2015) was an Indian politician who was Lt Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He was a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He represented Thane from 1989 to 1996, winning the seat in 1989 and 1991.<ref name=bio>{{Cite web|url=http://loksabhaph.nic.in/writereaddata/biodata_1_12/3304.htm|title=Members Bioprofile|website=loksabhaph.nic.in}}</ref> He was Chairman of Lok Sabha Committee on Food, Civil Supplies and Public Distribution during 1993–94.<ref name=RS-bio>{{cite web|title=RAJYA SABHA MEMBERS BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES 1952 - 2003|url=http://rajyasabha.nic.in/rsnew/pre_member/1952_2003/k.pdf|website=Rajya Sabha|publisher=Rajya Sabha Secretariat|accessdate=30 September 2015}}</ref> He was born in Nashik.{{citation needed|date=April 2021}}
