Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, he competed with Green Bay at the college level. == High school career == Fletcher attended Paseo High School in his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri. == Professional career == After being undrafted for the 2011 NBA draft, Fletcher signed his first professional basketball contract with BS Weert of the Dutch Basketball League.
