The '''Pyasina''' ({{langx|ru|Пясина}}) is a river in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. The river is {{convert|818|km|mi}} long, and its basin covers {{convert|182000|km2|mi2}}.<ref name=gvr>{{GVR|225377|Река ПЯСИНА}}</ref> The Pyasina River originates in Lake Pyasino and flows into the Pyasino Gulf of the Kara Sea. There are more than 60,000 lakes in the basin of the Pyasina covering a total area of {{convert|10450|km2}}. The river freezes up in late September or early October and stays under the ice until June. It is connected to the river Chetyrekh through its right distributary Staritsa.
