Adults are bright orange, the head, thorax and abdomen spotted with black. The forewings have double subbasal, antemedial, medial, postmedial and submarginal waved dark lines connected by blotches. The antemedial, medial, postmedial and submarginal double waved lines on the hindwings have a few blotches.
