'''Patensie''' is a town in [[Sarah Baartman District Municipality]] in the [[Eastern Cape]] province of South Africa. Patensie lies along the [[R331 (Eastern Cape)|R331 road]] just south of [[Noorshoek]]. The [[Kouga Dam]] is located several kilometres to the west.
