She moved to London around 1910. She studied under Frank Spenlove-Spenlove and painted in post-impressionist style.

Exhibited in Adelaide, London Paris. Member of the South Australian Society of Arts;<ref>{{cite news|title=An Adelaide artist praised|url=http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article90492945|accessdate=9 July 2015|publisher=The Advertiser (Adelaide)|date=21 October 1925}}</ref> Society of Women Artists; Royal Institute of Oil Painters.
