==Life== Neghmet was born and raised in Ürümqi, Xinjiang, the son of Rizwan Ebey ({{langx|ug|رىزۋان ئەبەي}}; {{lang-zh|s=热孜万·艾拜|links=no}}), an actress at Xinjiang Song and Dance Troupe and Abdulrakhman Mahmut ({{langx|ug|ئبدۇلراخمان مامۇت}}; {{lang-zh|s=阿不都热合曼·马木提|links=no}}), an editor at Xinjiang People's Publishing House. In 2006, Neghmet hosted ''Quiz Show'' ({{lang-zh|s=开心辞典|links=no}}) with Wang Xiaoya in CCTV-2. Then he hosted ''Everyone! Ready? Let's go!'' ({{lang-zh|s=全家总动员|t=|p=|links=no}}) with Fang Qiong.
In January 2012, he became host of the show ''The Echo is Loud'' ({{lang-zh|s=回声嘹亮|links=no}}) with Li Sisi.
Neghmet hosted ''SuperStar DingDong'' ({{lang-zh|s=开门大吉|t=|p=|links=no}}) since January 1, 2013. He also hosts ''Sing My Song'', a Chinese reality talent show. In 2015, he became one of the hosts of the CCTV New Year's Gala. He returned to host the event again in 2016.
