{{nihongo|'''Naomi Chiaki'''|ちあき なおみ|Chiaki Naomi|born September 17, 1947}} is a Japanese singer and actress who worked from the late 1960s to the early 1990s.

Chiaki made her debut as a singer in 1969, and released her breakthrough single "Yottsu no Onegai" (四つのお願い, [[:ja:四つのお願い|[ja]]]) in the following year. "Kassai" ({{nihongo2|喝采}}, [[:ja:喝采_(ちあきなおみの曲)|[ja]]]), a song which has been commonly considered her signature song was released in 1972 and gained success, and finally won the 14th Japan Record Award.<ref name="14rt">{{cite web|url=http://www.jacompa.or.jp/rekishi/d1972.htm|title=List of the 14th Japan Record Award Winners|language=Japanese|accessdate=December 24, 2008|url-status=dead|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20080611140003/http://www.jacompa.or.jp/rekishi/d1972.htm|archivedate=June 11, 2008}}</ref> "Kassai" sold over one million copies by February 1973, and was awarded a gold disc.<ref name="The Book of Golden Discs">{{cite book | first= Joseph | last= Murrells | year= 1978 | title= The Book of Golden Discs | edition= 2nd | publisher= Barrie and Jenkins Ltd | location= London | page= [https://archive.org/details/bookofgoldendisc00murr/page/309 309] | isbn= 0-214-20512-6 | url-access= registration | url= https://archive.org/details/bookofgoldendisc00murr/page/309 }}</ref> After marrying the actor Eiji Go in 1978, Chiaki continued her career intermittently until circa 1992.
