Trat representatives have yet to win the [[Miss Grand Thailand]] title. ==History== In 2016, after [[Miss Grand Thailand]] began franchising the provincial competitions to individual organizers, who would name seventy-seven provincial titleholders to compete in the national pageant. The license for [[Trat province]] was granted to a university teacher, Chamreon Kangkasri,<ref name=2016pd/> who organized the first Miss Grand Trat contest on May 17, 2016, in [[Ko Chang district|Koh Chang]]<ref name=2016venue/> and named a model Jaruwan Rerkwichian the winner.<ref name=2016pd/> Kangkasri relinquished the license to Thanapat Sae-Ueng the following year.<ref name=2016-19pd/>
Occasionally, the pageant was co-organized with other provincial pageants; with [[Miss Grand Chanthaburi]] – [[Miss Grand Rayong|Rayong]] in 2017 and 2020,<ref name=y2017/> and with [[Miss Grand Chanthaburi]] in 2018 and 2022.<ref name=2018contest/><ref name=winner2022/>
