Sing Buri representatives have yet to win the [[Miss Grand Thailand]] title. The highest and only placement they obtained in the contest was the second runner-up, won in 2016 by Athitaya Khunnalaphat.<ref name=r2016/>

In 2017, the license was transferred to television personality, Chalermchai Innoi, also known as Lexy Khayee Dara ({{lang|th|เล็กซ์ซี่ ขยี้ดารา}}).
