The codex contains the text of the Acts of the Apostles, Catholic epistles, and Pauline epistles on 293 parchment leaves ({{×|18|15}}) with lacunae (Acts 1:1-11; Hebrews 11:34-12:6). It contains Prolegomena, tables of the {{lang|grc-x-byzant|κεφαλαια}} (''tables of contents'') before each sacred book, lectionary markings at the margin for liturgical reading, Synaxarion (later hand), and subscriptions at the end of each book, with numbers of stichoi.<ref name = Gregory/>
On the folio 294 it contains fragments from a 14th-century manuscripts of the Psalms (64(65):3-14 and 67(68):2-13).

The manuscript was written in the 2nd half of the 12th century.<ref name = BL/>
The manuscript was in Constantinople in 1675.
