The codex contains a complete text of the four Gospels on 259 paper leaves ({{×|21.9|14.5}}). The text is written in one column per page, in 22 lines per page.<ref name = Aland/>
The text is divided according to the {{lang|grc|κεφαλαια}} (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin.<ref name = Gregory/>

The Greek text of the codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type.
