The codex contains the text of the four Gospels on 150 parchment leaves ({{×|17.8|12.8}}). The text is written in two columns per page, in 33-34 lines per page.<ref name = Aland/>
The text is divided according to the {{lang|grc|κεφαλαια}} (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin, and their {{lang|grc|τιτλοι}} (''titles of chapters'') at the top of the pages. There is also another division according to the smaller Ammonian Sections (in Mark 235 Sections, the last in 16:12) was added by a later hand, but without references to the Eusebian Canons (written below Ammonian Section numbers).<ref name = Gregory/>

The Greek text of the codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type. According to the Claremont Profile Method it represents textual family K<sup>x</sup> in Luke 10 and Luke 20.
