The codex contains the text of the Gospel of Matthew 24:3-28:20, Gospel of Mark and Epistle of James 2:10-4:15, with a commentary, on 154 parchment leaves (size {{×|30.1|23.8}}).<ref name = Aland/><ref name = Gregory>{{Cite book | last = Gregory | first = Caspar René | author-link = Caspar René Gregory | title = Textkritik des Neuen Testaments | publisher = Hinrichs | year = 1900 | location = Leipzig | page = 165 | url = https://archive.org/stream/textkritikdesne00greggoog#page/n177/mode/2up }}</ref> The text is written in one column per page, in 23 lines per page, in brown ink, the capital letters in red.<ref name = Gregory/>
The text is divided according to the {{lang|grc|κεφαλαια}} (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin, and the {{lang|grc|τιτλοι}} (''titles'') at the top of the pages. There is also a division according to the Ammonian Sections, with references to the Eusebian Canons (written below Ammonian Section numbers).<ref name = Gregory/>
