==High school== Bell played basketball at John Marshall High School in Richmond, Virginia. ==College career== Bell joined Georgetown University in 1988. He played 22 games as a freshman for the Hoyas, averaging 3.4 points per game. ==Professional career== Bell signed with Úrvalsdeild karla club KR in February 1995. The following season he signed with rival Úrvalsdeild club ÍA.
