The '''United States House of Representatives elections in California, 2004''' was an election for [[California]]'s delegation to the [[United States House of Representatives]], which occurred as part of the [[United States House of Representatives elections, 2004|general election of the House of Representatives]] on November 2, 2004. The districts after the 2000 census were gerrymandered to protect incumbents of both parties, so there was no change in the party balance, 33 Democrats and 20 Republicans.
