== Career == In July 2023, Merhige swam a 28.5-mile route around the island of Manhattan in 8 hours and 43 minutes.<ref name=":0" /> In 2024, she swam 23 miles from England to France.<ref name=":2" />

According to Swim Across America, Merhige had raised a total of $80,000 as of October 2023, with $25,475 being raised in 2023 alone up to that month.<ref name=":1" />
