== Life and career == Born in Castel San Giovanni, Piacenza, to a Neapolitan family, Santonastaso created an original comic duo with his younger brother Mario (1937 – 8 January 2021),<ref>[https://www.rainews.it/dl/rainews/articoli/tv-addio-al-cabarettista-mario-santonastaso-celebre-il-duo-con-il-fratello-pippo-fd8c0e98-4cea-4182-80a8-8f1f3cefd4b1.html Tv.
