==Personal life== Nagar was born on 3 July 1964 to Rameshwar Dayal Nagar and Shanti Nagar in gurjar family Shakarpur village of Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh.<ref name="LokSabha">{{cite web |title=Members Profile : Nagar, Shri Malook |url=http://loksabhaph.nic.in/Members/MemberBioprofile.aspx?mpsno=5139 |website=loksabhaph.nic.in |access-date=16 February 2022}}</ref> He completed his high school in 1980 from HNS College Upera and Intermediate from A S Inter College Mawana, Meerut in 1983.
