==Biography== Born in Empoli, Lotti graduated in Administration Sciences at the Cesare Alfieri Institute in Florence with a thesis on "e-government on relations between public administration and citizens".

In 2006, he joined the staff of Matteo Renzi, at the time President of the Province of Florence.
