'''Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven GmbH''' is a dockyard in Bremerhaven, Germany. It was founded in 1863 by the shipping company Norddeutscher Lloyd, first mainly used as a repair workshop for the company’s own merchant fleet. This new yard was established in exchange and addition to the former small Lloyd-workshop in Bremen which was already founded in 1857.

In the 1970s, the shipyard became member of the Vulkan Group.

As of 2016, the Lloyd facility is the last remaining major dockyard in Bremerhaven. It employs 500 workers and occupies {{convert|260,000|m2}}. Ships with a draught as deep as {{convert|11.5|m}} can be accommodated. The dockyard is solely focused on ship repair, maintenance and reconstruction.

In 2015, Genting Hong Kong, a Hong Kong–based holding company whose brands had a total of 10 ships on order from Lloyd Werft at the time, purchased a majority stake in Lloyd Werft.<ref name="global class">{{cite web|title=Genting Hong Kong Announces Order of Two “Global Class” Ships for Star Cruises, the Largest to be Built in Germany, for Delivery Between 2019 and 2020|url=http://www.starcruises.com/media/1704833/20160510-new-ships-for-star-cruises-en.pdf|website=Star Cruises|publisher=Genting Hong Kong Limited|accessdate=11 May 2016|date=10 May 2016|url-status=dead|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20160514202458/http://www.starcruises.com/media/1704833/20160510-new-ships-for-star-cruises-en.pdf|archivedate=14 May 2016|df=}}</ref> In 2016, Genting purchased the remaining 30% of Lloyd Werft,<ref>{{cite web|url=http://worldmaritimenews.com/archives/180011/genting-hong-kong-takes-remaining-stake-in-lloyd-werft/|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160416064917/http://worldmaritimenews.com/archives/180011/genting-hong-kong-takes-remaining-stake-in-lloyd-werft/|url-status=usurped|archive-date=April 16, 2016|title=Genting Hong Kong Takes Remaining Stake in Lloyd Werft|work=World Maritime News|accessdate=11 May 2016}}</ref> as well as Nordic Yards' Wismar, Warnemunde, and Stralsund shipyards, and combined them to form the Lloyd Werft Group.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.lloydwerft.com/de/aktuelles/pressemitteilungen/presse-detailansicht/meldung/genting-hong-kong-announces-completion-of-the-purchase-of-three-shipyards-in-germany-to-form-the-llo.html|title=Aktuelles - Pressemitteilungen - Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven|work=lloydwerft.com|accessdate=11 May 2016|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160601112136/http://www.lloydwerft.com/de/aktuelles/pressemitteilungen/presse-detailansicht/meldung/genting-hong-kong-announces-completion-of-the-purchase-of-three-shipyards-in-germany-to-form-the-llo.html|archive-date=1 June 2016|url-status=dead}}</ref>
