'''Li Shufang''' ({{zh|c=李淑芳|p=Lǐ Shúfāng}}; born 6 May 1979, in Qingdao, Shandong) is a female Chinese judoka who competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics and in the 2004 Summer Olympics.
In 2000, she won the silver medal in the half middleweight class.
Four years later she was eliminated in the round of 16 of the half middleweight class.
