'''Levi Cook''' (December 16, 1792 – December 2, 1866) was an American businessman and politician who served two terms as the mayor of Detroit, Michigan, and one in the Michigan House of Representatives.
Cook was born in Bellingham, Massachusetts, on December 16, 1792,<ref name = "farm">{{citation|title = THE HISTORY OF DETROIT AND MICHIGAN |author = Silas Farmer| year = 1889 |pages = 1033–1034|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=Yl06VbZ-RfwC&pg=1033}}</ref> the son of Thadeus Cook.<ref name = "citydet"/> He moved to Detroit in 1815, and that same year became one of the trustees of the city.
