The codex contains lessons from the Gospels lectionary (''Evangelistarium''), on 5 parchment leaves ({{×|29.5|19|cm}}).<ref name = Scrivener/><ref name = Gregory>{{Cite book | last = Gregory | first = Caspar René | authorlink = Caspar René Gregory | title = Textkritik des Neuen Testaments, Vol. 1 | publisher = | year = 1900 | location = Leipzig | page = 404 | url = https://archive.org/stream/textkritikdesne00greggoog#page/n417/mode/2up | isbn = }}</ref> The text is written in Greek Uncial letters, in two columns per page, 20 lines per page,<ref name = Aland/><ref name = INTF/> 6-12 letters. It contains musical notes.<ref name = Gregory/> It was used for binding, a palimpsest.<ref name = Scrivener/> The upper text contains lessons from the Old Testament lectionary.<ref name = Aland/>

== History ==

Scrivener and Gregory dated it to the 11th century.<ref name = Scrivener/><ref name = Gregory/> It is presently assigned by the INTF to the 10th century.<ref name = Aland/><ref name = INTF/>

The manuscript was added to the list of New Testament manuscripts by Scrivener (number 201) and Gregory (number 204). Gregory saw it in 1883.<ref name = Gregory/>
