==History==

The welfare schemes administered by the Labour Welfare Organisations (LWO) are formulated based on provisions in the following acts of the parliament<ref name=":1">{{Cite web|url=https://labour.gov.in/sites/default/files/arenglish2024-25_compressed.pdf|title=Annual Report of the Ministry of Labour and Employment 2024-2025}}</ref>
