The fiscal note estimated a loss of $4.7 million funding to Missouri Department of Natural Resources and 17 staff members.<ref>{{Cite web |last=Kite |first=Allison |date=2024-02-13 |title=Missouri House bill would jeopardize millions in funding to fight water pollution |url=https://missouriindependent.com/2024/02/13/missouri-house-bill-would-jeopardize-millions-in-funding-to-fight-water-pollution/ |access-date=2024-02-14 |website=Missouri Independent |language=en-US}}</ref>
==== Health insurance ==== In 2025, Gregory passed a bill to allow Missouri Farm Bureau carveouts to sell health insurance to employees outside the rules of the Affordable Care Act.
