It has about 500 inhabitants.
==Geography== Klabava is located about {{convert|4|km|0}} west of Rokycany and {{convert|11|km|0|abbr=on}} east of Plzeň. It lies in the Švihov Highlands. The highest point is at {{convert|413|m|ft|abbr=on}} above sea level. The municipality is situated on the right bank of the Klabava River and on the shore of the Klabava Reservoir, built on the river. However, the reservoir is located completely outside the municipal territory.
==History== The document relating Klabava to the year 1368 is a forgery from the 15th century. The first trustworthy written mention of Klabava is in a deed of King Wenceslaus IV from 1401, when the village was owned by the monastery in Rokycany.
