'''Kim J. Gillan''' (born December 10, 1951), is an American politician and former Democratic Party member of the Montana Senate. She represented District 24 from 2004 to 2012. She was unable to run for reelection in 2012 due to Montana's term limits. Earlier she was a member of the Montana House of Representatives from 1996 through 2004.
