Licensed to broadcast from Hamilton, Washington, United States, the station serves the Skagit Valley from Sedro Woolley to eastern Skagit County; the station is currently owned by the Board of Trustees of Skagit Valley College<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/fmq?call=KSVU |title=KSVU FM Query|work=United States Federal Communications Commission, audio division}}</ref> and is a sister-station of KSVR FM. The station started broadcasting in November 2011 from its studio located in Concrete, Washington.
