==Career== Maneephan was born and raised in the Roi Et Province in Thailand's Northeast region.
Maneephan began her cycling career as a track cyclist. She competed at the 2008, 2009 and 2010 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.<ref>{{cite web|title=2010 Track Cycling World Championships: Entries list|url=http://www.tissottiming.com/File/Download?id=0003010002FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF00|publisher=tissottiming.com|access-date=1 February 2016}}</ref> She switched to road racing and was the gold medalist in the women's road race competition during the 2009 Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games). She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's road race, but failed to finish.
Maneephan was recruited to ride for the Italian pro team {{UCI team code|MIC|2012}} after her performance at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, though her debut on the team was delayed after she was hit by a pickup truck during a training ride, breaking two ribs.
