John Gjerde (10 May 1929 – 7 March 2005) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party.[1]
Life and career
John Gjerde was born in Sande Municipality on 10 May 1929.[1]
Gjerde served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Møre og Romsdal during the term 1977–1981.[1]
On the local level Gjerde held various positions on the municipal council for Sande Municipality from 1959 to 1964 and 1971 to 1987, serving as mayor from 1975.[1]
John Gjerde died on 7 March 2005, at the age of 75.
