'''Jeremy N. Kalin''' (born January 3, 1975) is a Minnesota politician and former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represented District 17B, northeast of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. He was a candidate in the 2014 Minnesota Secretary of State election.
==Early life, education, and career== Kalin was born in St. Louis Park, Minnesota and grew up in Sioux City, Iowa. He graduated from Minneapolis South High School in Minneapolis. He attended the University of Minnesota, graduating with a B.F.A. in ceramics in 1996.<ref name="state1">{{cite web | url=http://www.leg.state.mn.us/legdb/fulldetail.asp?ID=15256 | title=Kalin, Jeremy | publisher=Minnesota Legislative Reference Library | work=Legislators Past & Present | accessdate=July 10, 2013}}</ref> From 2001 to 2003 he did graduate study in architecture and planning at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
