She has produced several Star Trek novels, frequently with her writing and business partner Jacqueline Lichtenberg.<ref>{{Cite web|title=Jean Lorrah|url=https://www.simonandschuster.com/authors/Jean-Lorrah/759|access-date=2021-06-18|website=Simon & Schuster|language=en}}</ref> Her most recent{{when|date=July 2021}} work with Lichtenberg is on the Sime~Gen Universe. Her 1980s fantasy series The Savage Empire is mostly solo work.
